Our Story

As a former athlete who suffered many soft tissue injuries and whose athletic career was ultimately ended because of one, I have dedicated my life to strength and conditioning and making sure that as many athletes as possible do not have to suffer my same athletic fate and have access to quality strength and conditioning training.

The Basic Strength Coach was created to simplify athletic performance training by focusing on what truly works and keeping athletes safe. With a passion for the basics, I intend to provide clear, practical guidance to empower athletes, coaches, and enthusiasts.
